Is this like therapy?

No. Mindset coaching is not like therapy. In therapy you often talk about your past and use it as a way to diagnose a problem. Mindset coaching is all about moving forward. I'm not here to diagnose you nor ask you to relive your darkest childhood moments. I'm here to help you utilize the tools and resources you have now to get to where you want to go.
